I've become a weekly regular ever since I found out how much I truly prefer coming here to do laundry compared to my apartment building community one. It's always clean and although I don't always interact with the ladies who work here, they smile and keep the place very clean. I cannot even tell you how grateful I am for this pick up and drop off laundry service. Our family has had a lot of personal issues to deal with over the past few months and to us, Bubble's have been a God Send. They always pick up and drop off on time and have saved me from so much overwhelm! Sometimes I cringe when I'm sending stuff out because I never know what kind of a mess my family has made of their clothes and these people never judge. This place is amazingly clean and very attentive staff. Rapid self laundry  fully stocked machines with laundry supplies and snacks.. I've brought my laundry twice to be done by the ladies who work here. The first time was because I was so far behind on laundry, and the second time was because they'd done such a nice job the first time and it was well worth the cost. Now I'm hooked. Just letting it pile up knowing that I can take it to Bubbles and they will do a beautiful job, same day. For someone who hates doing laundry, this is the best service ever!!! I have been using Bubbles Laundromat for several years  now. They pick up my clothes and deliver back the next day. They have been so helpful with me as I get rashes easily and Robert was so kind to order the special laundry soap I use at home for my clothes. Just recently I had a favorite sweater that I thought there was no hope for so I showed it to Michelle. She took it and worked her magic on it and it's just wonderful now. Robert was an amazing person helping me deal with a situation where my clothes were exposed to mold and I was so worried about how to handle it and with proper care etc. I had heard good things from a friend who lives in SCV and decided to drive from the west side all the way up here—worth it. Where do I begin?!?!?! This is the BEST laundromat I have ever gone to in my life! It is clean, it is sanitary, the workers are super helpful, and the owner is the nicest woman you will ever meet! I had mixed thoughts about coming here due to the past reviews, but when I tell you to ignore the bad reviews, IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. Even if some of the washers and dryers aren't working, the amount that they have there is ridiculous and it won't matter. There's no doubt you won't be in and out within two hours. I’m traveling and passing through this town and needed a laundry establishment. I really enjoyed this spot:) very clean and the employees are very nice and extremely helpful as it was my first time and I wasn’t sure how to maneuver the cars purchasing for the machines. They even have a restroom that is free for the customers and it’s located in a really great plaza that has a Starbucks and wonderful mom&pop’s places for food, snacks, and desserts. There is absolutely nothing that  was NOT above and beyond! Both Robert and Michelle were onsite and it was just a fresh breath of air to not only see owners onsite and physically tending to the site (the entire time my niece and I were there, mind you) but the facility is immaculate!! They accept cash and card, every washer is sanitized after each load, the bathroom is spotless, and there are a ton of stores nearby. It's a 10 - 15 minute drive but incredibly well worth it. Pretty good laundry mat. My washer broke so I've been coming here for a couple weeks now. I'm not sure if they add fabric softener but every time I wash here I swear my clothes are so soft! It's super clean and everyone is pretty polite. I usually have to use two dry cycles for my clothes to be dry but it's not a problem since drying only costs less than a dollar and since im pretty sure I just put too much clothes. I have used this service for several months now and Michelle and Robert are absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Fast turnaround and  Everything is cleaned, folded wonderfully and or hung so perfectly. Options for laundering include ozone!! My sensitive skin prefers unscented and has been completely unaffected. Wow, first time here and not from the area had to do washing. When I first called, I had asked if it was coins only, they accepted the card!! Along with the very nice customer service. It was actually one of the few pretty decent coin up launders we have been too.  We were just visiting this city for a sports tournament and had to clean my son's muddy uniforms pretty quickly. Soooo many options for washers.  Look up and you will see (signs) which washers are good for the amount of wash you have. Down fall is that you can't just put coins directly into the machine.  You need to purchase a "card" and put money in it.  Washing and drying is set at a price point so you won't be able to put the exact amount on your card.  Now we have some stupid amount left over on the card we probably won't use again.  You should be able to return the card and get the balance back!  This is how they make the "extra" back. Pretty good scam.  lol...this happens cuz they put 79 cents as a price for 11 minute drying. It will never add up to the amount you put on your card. They have plenty of choices for detergent, softener and dryer sheets to select in the machine if you forgot yours or need. Perfect for these unplanned usage. There wasn't a lot of carts to use so I would suggest adding more. Plenty of parking in the lot. 3/5/2024 Thank you to the owner for writing back.  Sounds good to know Michele will help me but I don't know her and she didn't make herself known when I was there.  No worries, I am not one of your consistent customers. Great place for Laundry. I visited and utilized this facility’s services many times. The facility is always clean, very rarely 1-2 dryers I seen off service; there are plenty though. I work on the road so finding a " Good & Clean" laundromat is a challenge. This laundromat is by far one of the best I have been to! Establishment is very clean and bright. The management and staff are very courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you live in the area or staying for a while and need to wash your clothes. Absolutely love this places. The staff is extremely helpful and machines are taken care of. I love the idea of using a card so you can reload money on that instead of carrying coins. Also, if you use cash to reload it helps. It is cleaned by staff throughout day which is nice! Ambiance is chill and it has everything you need to wash/dry. Wow!!!! I am absolutely impressed by this small business. I dropped off like, 3 large garbage bags full of all kinds of different clothes and blankets. Not only were they done in less than 24 hours, but THEY HUNG UP MY DRESSES AND CARDIGANS!!! And perfectly folded my tee shirts, they look like I just bought them. Everything fit so perfectly in my drawers and smelled really good but light, not an overpowering scent. Seriously, I cannot express how happy I am. I am officially a life long customer. Called to get more information and the lady who took my call was very professional and informative. We were looking to wash a thick & heavy queen-sized comforter and didn't want to sit there for 2 hours while it washed & dried so I was inquiring about their fluff & fold service! When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by the awesome attendant, Maria, who took the comforter & my information. Just a few hours later (on a Saturday), I received a text that it was ready. The best thing her is the girl who works here. She is constantly on the move cleaning or helping her customers. I went to use a dryer I'd used multiple times for my comforter before and she stopped me and suggested a bigger dryer. My initial thought was she just wanted me to pay more, but it turns out the bigger dryer was more efficient and took only one run to dry my comforter (vs 3 runs in the smaller one the last time). When I lost a shirt and asked a week later if she might have it in the back, she went looking and brought out every shirt with blue in it for me to check.  When she's not actively helping customers, she's cleaning machines, sweeping the floor or wiping down the vending machines.  I LOVE her work ethic! I am a college professor. Since last ten years, I ‘ve been using  the service of Bubbles laundromat in New Hall. Because  I like the spacious and clean Bubbles Laundromat. Couple years ago, the ownership changed  with better service. The new owner, Robert is the best owner caring customer first I’ve ever seen. A few month ago, I forgot leaving my two white floor mat in dryer. He was nice enough to give me a call to remind me to pick up my floor mat. He was very social and kind to customers. I've been going to this place for at least seven years...thru the two previous owners and now this owner.  I've never used a wash machine here...I just take them my dirty laundry and it comes back clean, folded, organized and nicely wrapped in clear plastic. My first time under the new ownership I thought they'd given me another person's laundry as there were several items on hangers that looked at first like they were dark suits.  They were my sweat shirts, on hangars and under plastic coverings.  I just got another bunch back today and things were folded better than even my mom can do. Never thought I would have feelings about a laundromat... but... I do.  I haven't been to a laundromat in years.  Thankful that Michelle was there to walk me through how to load my card, which machine I should use and saved me from putting my wash in the dryer before I had even washed it!  Thankful that I didn't need quarters!  Apple pay worked great!  She was just so helpful and kind.  The place is bright and open and clean and there were 2-3 staff present so I felt fine leaving for a quick Starbucks.  It was worth the extra drive to bypass some of the other places closer to home. Our 4 yo had to use the potty on a long drive home. All restaurants had their bathrooms closed to the public due to covid. This laundromat was the only place that could help. The lady was unbelievably nice to help me and my son. And the bathroom was spotless. Thank you! Edit: To stop from getting anyone in trouble, I got a laundry card and deposited money on it to access the restroom. Today 9/29/20 the Newhall area experienced a power outage, it just so happened to be the same day i NEEDED to do laundry. Otherwise i would've waited another day if i could've. The power came back on at 11:40AM & i waited in my car & saw the power kick back on. Two women were working there & before i could wash i was told to wait about a few minutes for their computers to restart as all machines run off of a card system. The time passed i loaded my clothes in the washer & entered my card & it magically worked. Unfortunately other users were experiencing Error messages on their machines. 1 of the 2 women was on the phone with their technician having difficulty troubleshooting the issue. She became a little frustrated & it's totally understandable. This is a business & there are customers waiting to use their machines. The other woman was explaining to other customers the current situation. They individually helped each person currently doing laundry until their technician could arrive & attempt to fix the issue. All in all i was able to wash my 2 loads but the dryers were still not working correctly. I think it was something to do with the cards they issue to customers. They had a management card & they paid to dry my 2 loads for me ! I cannot thank these women enough for being professional in a situation that was basically beyond their control. Went here over the weekend to wash my couch pillows and larges blankets - and will be going here again the next time I need to do a big wash. The machines don't use coins, it uses a cash card that you load using cash or a debit/credit card. There are many different sizes of washers and dryers and lots of them. Will definitely be coming here again! It is very clean the have single washers and big family washers. Drivers range in size as well. You do have to bring cash, they have a machine that breaks bills. The washer and dryer machines do require a VTM card (prepaid card that you can reload). Very affordable machines range between $2.51-$8.99! They do have free Wifi. I suggest you bring your own laundry detergent, fabric conditioner, etc. They have vending machines if you forget it but it is pricey, I suggest going to the dollar tree in the same shopping center. Best laundry-mat in town!  The washers are large and clean.  The dryers are also large and dry really fast.  I can get in and out of their from washer to folded (5 loads) in about an hour. Laundromat has washing machines that come in different sizes. I was slightly miffed that you can't use quarters here which is the currency I came in with. They have a bill breaker so I used the $10 I had on hand. Before washing, you have to purchase a card for $1, then fill with money. I washed a comforter and sheets in their largest washer-cost about $8. Dryer cost about $1.50. I'll be trying other spots with more ideal price range. Overall, it's a clean laundromat, soaps are sold if you don't bring your own, free WiFi,  and it's in a plaza with various stores that you can go to if you choose to wait for your laundry somewhere else. I came in around 12pm on a friday and it wasn't crowded but people do use the opportunity to use as many washers as possible so I had to wait about 10 min for one to open up. I come here with my work class every other Monday to teach them how to do their own laundry. In the mornings it's pretty empty besides us. They've got vending machines full of laundry needs and drinks and a clean bathroom and benches to use while waiting for your clothes. The washers and dryers come in all shapes and sizes as well if you're looking to wash that giant comforter you keep putting off. Today, I am back at Bubbles Laundromat and cannot be more pleased to report the first awesome experience was not a one time whammy!!  It's still clean, bright with excellent customer service. I'm having a Groundhog Day experience! The manager remembered me from last Thursday and asked about my buster washer. While, there's nothing like the convenience of walking down the hall to do your laundry in the comfort of your own home there's also some thing said for busting out 5 loads of laundry in an hour and a half!! Clean laundromat with modern amenities. To use the machines you start by purchasing a card from 1 of 2 automated "VTM" machines. The card is $1 (you keep the card & reload it upon return trips). There is a change machine if needed. Insert the card into the washers or dryers you wish to use, remove the card quickly & voila! The machines are mostly the front-loading HE types which start at a 2-load capacity with the largest washer being able to handle a whopping 8 loads of your laundry at once! There are several top-loading standard washers that I use for smaller loads. The dryers are grouped by how many pounds they can handle. I have no idea how many pounds my wet clothes are as I separate them so I wing it! I typically use the smallest capacity dryers for clothing & the medium-to-large dryers for sheets/blankets. When standing right in front of the med/lg dryers you can't see the signs telling you how many pounds each dryer can handle. But if you look up you will see signs advising the capacity of each which is why some dryers look the same size but are different prices to use.  Then you can better decide based on how much laundry you have. The employees and the owner are friendly & helpful. They offer drop off/pick up laundry service, priced by the pound. There is a machine to purchase laundry supplies and a soda machine with sports drinks & bottled water too. There are 2 TVs to watch while you wait. There's also free WiFi & outlets at the folding counters to charge your electronics (regular plugs & USB ports). They open early & you can wash late as well. Not only are the employees working around the clock the owner is around helping most of the time. Thankfully a nice lady showed me how the system works.  I had assumed that showing up with a roll of quarters, detergent and drier sheet would make washing a comforter a piece of cake. Machines don't take quarters because the pricing is in odd amounts, to the penny. Process is to "buy" a card that I then had to charge up with dollar bills.  If memory serves, it was $4.64.  So I was in for $6 to start my wash. The change was not enough to do the drier, which was something like $0.54 or so, so I put another buck on the card. I had to chase down the manager/owner to open the bathroom.  Everyone seemed to need it after that. The laundromat is semi-attended, don't know if bathroom is left open while owner isn't there. Machines were clean and well marked as to capacity and there were a of of them. I gave the card with a little change on it to the nice lady who helped me figure everything out. The facility is clean and well organized, with lots of machines, including those that will handle various size loads. They use a card system to pay for the machines, which works well and eliminates the need to carry a lot of coins. This was my first visit to the facility. A staff person was on site and was extremely friendly and helpful. He assisted me in selecting the most economical and efficient way for me to wash my large comforter. After a very traumatic fluff and fold experience from a popular Valley laundromat that shall remain nameless, I am so happy to report that my laundry came back clean and smelling fresh! They used bleach on my whites  (imagine that???) and theyvare blindingly white.  My clothes have that freshly laundered smell, and my bath towels are soft and luxurious ! I have seen some laundromats in my day - and most of them are yuckie (that's a technical term meaning very dirty, disgusting, and germ infested).  BUT -- this laundromat was a pleasure. I went there because I had a TON of things to was and only a slice of time on the clock to do it. This was the PERFECT solution. First time in a laundromat in like 15 years. The gentleman there, probably the owner/manager sensed that we were a bit lost and came over and offered his help. If it weren't for him, I'm not sure our laundry would've got done!! He helped us by showing us the different machines and even loaned us a card because we only needed to do one load.  The laundry card usually costs $1.00 and you just add money as needed. This place is clean, safe, near food, Starbucks and a Dollar Tree so there's plenty to do while waiting!! I was in and out in less than an hour with four loads of clothes. I might continue to come here even after my Washing Machine is repaired. I love efficiency. We used the fluff and fold service after a friend recommended them when our washer broke down.  We are from Valencia... but the drive was worth it!!  Super clean place and the clothes came out wonderful.  Makes me want to do it all the time.  After using the fluff and fold service and was so impressed with the location, I then did my laundry myself there because of it being sooooo clean.  The places near me are so dirty... I literally walked out and went straight to bubbles.  The owner is very nice and takes pride in his establishment. Honestly haven't been to a laundromat since the Clinton administration, so I was looking rather confused with bringing 2 comforters that needed washing.  Approaching the card loader machine like the periodic chart of elements (no, I'm not a chemist)....back in the day, I used to only have to load quarters into the machine.  However, the manager of this operation appeared and showed me how to load the card.  I asked for his recommendation of which washer and dryer to use for my 2 comforters and he was happy to point them out to me.  During my brief 45 minute stay, he would occassionally ask how things were going.  I also noted that the place was rather clean - my experiences in my younger years at laundromat, I recall finding all sorts of garbage which was a big reason that I would fold my clothes at my residence rather than the actual laundromat. Read the reviews and decided to go.  Great place, very,very clean, great customer service ready and willing to help as needed.  I did purchase the card, paid the dollar fee and card did not come out of the machine.  Customer Service person immediately put a dollar in a different machine for me, no questions asked, showed me how to load the card and off I went.  They have several different sized front loader machines and also a few top loaders with agitators.  The also have two gigantic machines for uniquely large loads.  If you plan on getting a laundry card rather than using change, bring cash as you can't use a credit card to load money on the laundry card.  Considering we did over ten loads of laundry I loved using the card rather than having to use change, so did not mind paying the extra dollar for the convienence.

Let me start by saying I don't go to laundromats because I do have in-home laundry. But after a very long trip with a very unusual amount of laundry I considered using high volume equipment for the sake of time and hassle. Dropped in here after seeing yelp reviews but was still skeptical. I was very surprised by how well maintained, clean, efficient, and modern the facility was. But the best part was the people. I knew I was lost but hoped I didn't look that way. A nice attendant asked if she could help me get started and I was grateful. Later the owner saw me putting laundry in machines in an inefficient way and showed me how I could save time and money. Great guy. Such kind folks. Cheap, saved time... Great experience as far as laundromats go! This was the first time I have been to a laundromat that used a card that you load with money for the machines rather than coins. After looking completely confused, the manager was kind enough to walk me through the process and break my larger bills without any sense of feeling put out. He genuinely wanted to help me, and I genuinely needed it! I am new to the area as well, and I appreciated that he offered some information on the area and made small talk. So, the staff gets a 10 based on this experience. Was one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been in, the machines looked pretty clean and new and worked efficiently, and the prices weren't bad. This review is long over due.  Bubbles is the best!  Clean and very professional...I have a large family and have been using Bubbles for years to help with excess laundry when we've had our washer/dryer fixed, come back from a long trip or just got over loaded with laundry.  We use their fluff and fold delivery services.  They are always very quick to return our laundry and its all separated beautifully for us. Cheaper than washing clothes at my apartment complex. Huge play room next door for killing time. Washers of all sizes from 15 lbs to 70 lbs.
